Description

Harris & Smith OB-GYN is now offering childbirth classes the fourth Saturday of each month.  These classes are ideal for couples who are unable to commit to multiple weekday classes. 

Childbirth class topics of discussion include nutrition, normal labor and delivery, breathing and relaxation techniques for labor, pain medications in labor, unexpected outcomes and postpartum care. Should you elect to participate in the childbirth classes offered at Harris & Smith OB-GYN, please be aware that this is an eight hour class.  You will need to wear comfortable clothes (pants) and bring a pillow and a small blanket.

Class will be led by Bonnie Smith, RNC, MSN, BSN  or Myrtle Mayfield, RNC, BSN, M.Ed.

Fee
Registration fee is $80 per couple. A $15 nonrefundable deposit is required for all participants. Registration is confirmed once the $15 deposit has been received.
