Infant Massage Class Series

2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.
This 2-part hands-on series (Thursdays, November 7 & 14) introduces parents to the basics of infant massage, which helps parents bond with baby, aid in digestion, etc. Infants ages 1 month – 4 months may participate. All classes are taught by Certified Infant Massage Instructors. “Baby’s First Touch” massage book and massage oil provided.
Please dress baby in 2-piece (top and bottom) outfit and bring an extra blanket with the usual gear in your baby bag.

Learn important strategies for establishing effective breastfeeding; positioning; recognizing possible challenges and avoiding potential barriers to breastfeeding. A short discussion related to pumping is included, but this is covered in-depth in Motherhood group. DAD/SUPPORT PERSON ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND.
