Description
Class is designed in discussion group format to provide information for new dads (and dads-to-be) to assist them beginning their own routines with a new baby in the home. Topics will be group determined and typically cover: managing alone time with the baby, maintaining communication and intimacy with partner; balancing relatives' demands with new families needs; and balancing work and family.

New dads are encouraged to bring their baby with them, but no moms or toddlers in this group.
