Description

Harris & Smith OB-GYN offers childbirth classes the second weekend of each month.  These classes are ideal for couples who are unable to commit to multiple weekday classes.

Childbirth class topics of discussion include nutrition, normal labor and delivery, breathing and relaxation techniques for labor, pain medications in labor, unexpected outcomes and postpartum care. You will need to wear comfortable clothes (pants) and bring a pillow and a small blanket.

Part one of this class will be held Friday, March 8 from 6:30- 8:30 pm and part two will be Saturday, March 9 from 9 am to 3 pm.

Fee
Registration fee is $80 per couple. A $15 nonrefundable deposit is required for all participants. Registration is confirmed once the $15 deposit has been received.
