In 2008, Durham Regional expanded the hospital’s publication About Your Health to an eight page magazine that provides health and wellness information. The newly titled, Your Health, features interviews with Durham Regional physicians and other medical professionals on a variety of health topics, as well as helpful tips and recipes.
