DURHAM, NC- The Durham County Hospital Corporation (DCHC) Board of Trustees has added the following new members for 2010-2011: Karen Frush, MD, chief patient safety officer of Duke University Health System and Theodore Pappas, MD, executive medical director of the Duke University Health System Private Diagnostic Clinics.
Outgoing board members include: MaryAnn Black, LCSW, MSW, associate vice president for community relations for Duke University Health System and Mary Champagne, RN, PhD, professor with the Duke University School of Nursing.

The DCHC board of Trustees is the county-appointed governing board for Durham Regional Hospital. Board members provide oversight of hospital operations and work closely with Durham Regional Hospital executive leadership and Duke University Health System executive leadership.
