This service is available for inpatients currently staying at the hospital. We cannot deliver to outpatients or patients in the emergency room. Cards are delivered Monday – Friday. We are unable to deliver cards on holidays.

To protect patient privacy, we are unable to confirm that a patient is in Durham Regional Hospital or confirm that the message was delivered. The contents of your card are not confidential and will be seen by Patient and Visitor Relations.
