Durham Regional Hospital’s team of three interventional radiologists and a vascular surgeon work together to provide the most advanced techniques to treat both vascular and nonvascular diseases.
Vascular or interventional radiology use minimally invasive approaches without the need for large surgical incisions or, often, general anesthesia.
Urgent diagnostic procedures are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. More routine procedures are generally performed Monday through Friday.
